Returns and Shipping

Return period
We have a 14-day returns policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. The item must show no signs of wear, such as food stains, makeup stains, or body or cigarette odors. Worn, damaged, or washed items will not be refunded.

Exceptions/Items that cannot be returned
 For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned. Items on sale for 50% or more cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

  • If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the goods and charge the buyer for the shipping costs.
  • We do not guarantee zippers, buttons or diamonds.
  • The shipping risk and costs of returning are for the BUYER . We recommend sending your return by registered mail via PostNL.
  • We advise you to keep the track & trace code until your return has been processed and the amount has been received in your account.
  • There is no washing guarantee. Any problems that arise after washing are your own responsibility.
  • Your return will be processed within 10 working days are being processed.

How do you request a return?

  1. Log in to your customer account on our website
  2. Go to your order history and select the order
  3. Click on 'Request return' and select the items you wish to return.
  4. Please indicate why you are returning the item.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation of your return request
  6. Pack the items carefully in the original packaging
  7. Send the package to our return address

Don't have a customer account? Send an email to info@bytazhfashion.nl with "RETURN+ORDER NUMBER" in the subject line and include your order number. Please indicate which items you'd like to return and, if applicable, the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you an email confirming your approval. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Order not deliverable after all
We carefully monitor our online inventory. Unfortunately, in rare cases, it may be discovered during order processing that an item is out of stock. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will notify you by email within 5 business days and refund the amount paid within 5-7 business days, or adjust the Klarna invoice.

Have you chosen Klarna?
If you choose Klarna as your payment method, we charge €1.95. This also applies if you place an order and then decide to cancel it.
If you return items, these costs will also be calculated in your remaining order amount.

Swap
You can exchange an item for a larger or smaller size. To do so, please send an email to info@bytazhfashion.nl with "EXCHANGE+ORDER NUMBER" in the subject line . When exchanging an item, byTaZH Fashion will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Complaints
During shipping, we inspect all items for damage or manufacturing defects. However, it's possible that a damaged product may be delivered. Therefore, please check your order immediately upon receipt, even if you don't need it until later.
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us within 24 HOURS.
Send an email to info@bytazhfashion.nl with the subject line "DAMAGE+ORDER NUMBER." Describe the damage and attach a clear photo.

byTaZH will contact you within 1-2 business days. Unfortunately, complaints submitted via Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram cannot be answered.

If the damage or complaint is not reported within 24 hours of receipt, byTaZH Fashion may reject it.

Legal 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Refund
Once we've received and inspected your return, you'll be notified and we'll also let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
Please contact us at info@bytazhfashion.nl if it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return.
