How do I place an order?
Add your favorite items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the steps to complete your order. You'll receive an email confirmation.

Can I still change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can often still adjust or cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and other common payment methods. All options are displayed at checkout.

What are the shipping costs?

How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is 1-2 business days within the Netherlands and 5-7 business days to countries within the European Union.

Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace code by email so you can track your package.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all countries within the European Union.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day return period from the date of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

How do I return my order?
Please contact us by email to register your return. You will then receive instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

When will I get my money back?
After receiving and checking your return, you will receive your money back within 10 working days in the same way you paid.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes! Contact us, and we'll be happy to help you exchange it.

What size should I order?

Do your clothes fit normally?
The fit may vary per item. Check the product description for specific fit information, such as "runs small" or "loose fit."

What if I'm between sizes?
